Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any items as each item is custom made per your order. Double check each item's size charts as sizes differ with brands and styles.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at info@shopeast.org.
